As important a work as sitting in the dark, blindfolded and deaf
Wow. I like foreign films a lot. This is an 'art film.' Therefore, no story, no character development, no way to stay awake while attempting to watch it. Better off waiting until after you die to watch it. So you don't have to...Damn glad I borrowed it from my library instead of paying to see it.

La parabola del figliolo non prodigo
Magnifica storia dell'immobilità e dell'amore: quel laccio che alcuni lega per affetto e altri per disprezzo, ma che tutti comunque tieni saldamente uniti a un unico destino. Michael Lonsdale superbo come la sua palpebra pesante, stanca, rassegnata, del padre che attende il ritorno del figliol prodigo, sapendo già che non sarà prodigo.
