Great product!!!
Great product. I use all pieces. First time epilating. Does not hurt. Easy to incorporate in shower routine. Lasts for 4 weeks. Only takes minutes to use. Exfoliating pieces work well to.

Worst epilator I've owned
I should have read the reviews more closely - while this specific item has a 4 star rating, other similar models (same epilator, less extras) have poorer reviews. Like others, I found that the epilator just did not remove the hair despite repeatedly going over the same area. I've used other, cheaper, more basic epilators (including other ones from Philips) in the past and they worked much better. I have sent this back for a refund and will be ordering a different one.
