I’ve been suffering with Jock Itch. Tried some creams and nothing worked. Seen this spray and through this will be better to use. Nice packaging and looking forward to using it. JESUS CHRIST! I thought someone threw acid on my testicles. They were on fire. At first I thought it’s a little tingly so it must be working, that was followed by I think I’m gonna die. I had to get water to put the fire out. Maybe I put a bit too much on. However the stuff works, the itching went quickly and my balls didn’t feel like they were on fire. Still tingly feeling but it would last seconds and I would have relief. Try it, some might enjoy the initial sensation…

I'm over 70 with a weakened immune system due to medication that I take, and as a consequence found myself with a problem that I'd never experienced before. I tried various lotions, creams and powders, which did very little to help. Hesitated to buy this product due to the price, but very glad I did. It worked quickly to clear the pain and discomfort. In response to other reviews, you can avoid hurting delicate parts by spraying into your closed fingers and applying the solution that way. The liquid is very thin, like water, so it goes a long way and will last a long time. Highly recommended.

This does the job. Stings a bit when you put it on but that tells you it is working. I had tried Dactarin and other products for weeks but this sorted me out in just a few days. It is miserable suffering for Jock itch. Don’t delay!

Tried all other products, soaps shampoos, sprays all to do with jock itch. Was going mad with it and the discomfort. Then I thought I would try this. And wow worked straight away and kept on working. Normally you get mild relief and then its back. But this product stopped it dead and only used it twice over 2 weeks as with other products I was using every other day. I would not go past this now. So if your plums are raw with itching guys and you want it to stop!! get this on, nips for 5mins then it all good. And then the relief of it going away is amazing. Highly recommended 10/10

I had high hopes for the Hermon Jock Itch Spray, but unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. Not only did it not help with the itch or rash, it actually seemed to make things worse after a few days of use. The spray stings mildly when applied — not unbearable, but definitely uncomfortable, especially on irritated skin. Despite using it consistently as directed, the itching persisted and the area became even more inflamed. I ended up having to switch to another product, which thankfully worked. Would not recommend this one — felt like a waste of money and time. Thankfully I was able to return for a full refund.

The rash has gone and yes the first few applications especially on raw areas feel like they are on fire but, it settles after a few minutes and it’s worth the initial discomfort to get great results Again likes others I have experimented and explored everything, nothing works instantly like this - I shower and every other week just apply the spray before bed and I’m all clear 😆

This product absolutely worked for me, its been quite a changer compared to similar products and other medicines with creams (Which I found hard to properly use or 'dose') as I found the spray function much easier to work with, just spray and work it into the skin. I do think £20 is quite a steep ask for this product, but it worked and had a quick turnaround, so really i can't complain too much, as that is the main point for me, its one of those "What's the price you'll pay to fix the issue asap?" things, and considering its taking a long time to get appointments, and other products i've used generally take a long time for effective treatments even after the issue has gone, I won't scoff at going to these sorts of products to help me. Now there IS a burning sensation, i can't speak for everyone, as I think it wildly depends person to person given the reviews, for some, they had zero issues, for others, its like pouring salt onto open wounds, as for me, there was some bits of burning INITIALLY, I won't lie it was bloody uncomfortable for the first couple of days, and especially didn't feel great when i had used it after a shower cause it just felt much worse where all I wanted to do was tear into the skin or rub it with something abrasive just to feel something other than the burning, but after each use and each day, it did get easier and easier to work with, the burning did subside to the point where it was very minimal, if i even felt it at all, and even after having showers it was a lot more manageable. And really in just around a week or less, I feel like the issues I had have pretty much vanished, or at the very, my quality of life in the groin department has improved ten-fold that i don't even notice any issues. I personally did find it quite a relief to use, as it did mitigate the desires to scratch the intense itching and also help my skin repair from the intense itching, it WASN'T instantaneous, but it worked within a few minutes and really i can't scoff at that when it helps my skin repair. All-in-all... If you're desperate, you're willing to put up with the potential burning sensations, and don't mind shelling a bit... This might work (I say might, cause... Hell, I ain't a doctor, and you can see the other reviews, other people claim this was so unbearable and it didn't work, and for others it did, I've said it how it was, it worked, it did burn, but the persistence paid off in my case. I can only hope for you that it works too) I gave it 4 stars cause of the price really, don't get me wrong, for me it was insanely helpful, even if I was agonised for periods at a time with the burning. But yikes, £20. + Delivery fees (Or y'know, if you're using prime, i mean that's still £9 a month)
