I have received broken product and I returned immediately.

Good product The issue is the product is more heating. Other wise product is good quality. Weight less product.overall good product

Size is very small, upon requesting return ; the seller did not respond

Waste of money. It takes 4-5 mins to cook 1 roti. I complained last month and asked for replacement as I suspected some manufacturing defect in my product. Their customer care is very frustrating. You cannot reach them in their number if you have to talk to a human staff and their business whatsapp makes no sense with just repeating AI responses. I was called by their agent once and asked to courier my item to their address while other companies arrange free pick up and replacement. So, the 1 year warranty is basically useless I feel.

Good product recommend. Would definetly suggest. They do make good and soft chappathi. Good for people who seems to bit lazy though

Reviews were not that good when I decided to buy it. I was bit skeptical but anyway I made the decision to buy it. There is nothing wrong with the product and I am happy with my purchase. If your roti comes out like rubber or hard, u need to understand the technique. The technique is the main thing in making rotis in roti maker. You will master it with practice . 1.Keep the dough moist ( not too hard) 2.Dont press the dough balls too hard in the roti maker. Press it but not too hard otherwise the rotis will be torn and will not puff. 3. When one side is roasted slightly turn it and let the second side roast properly ( brown spots on roti) dont do too much too, then flip it around put the lid down. Rotis will come out perfectly.
