If you have curly hair, this is a game changer, all my daughters have curly hair and this gets out knots great without much pain. Really good quality, so now we have two, one in the swimming bag.

My daughter has 3c hair, the type of hair that you blink and it gets tangled. She has a tangle teezer but I needed a bigger brush and I discovered this and thought I would give it a try. In short it is a life saver, no moaning, no pain and it gently removes tangles while keeping the curl pattern unchanged. A million times better than a tangle teezer

I love this Bright Pink Brush from Denman .. I have used it on both wet and dry hair ..I have thick natural wavy hair .. It detangled my wet hair well and it brushes right to the scalp which felt nice ... It is very good at brushing my leave in conditioner through and then I air dry my waves.. It also detangled my dry hair but will brush out my waves, so have to dampen them again to get the wave back in .. I like this brush a lot .. Just hope it lasts a good while .. But even if it doesn’t.. I would repurchase as I think it is good value .. and a great hair brush .. It arrived in minimal packaging just a bag .. Not so good for gifting.. But I didn’t mind as it was for myself..

I love Denman products. Real old skool quality.I’ve had this paddle brush for years! I love it. It never snags, pulls or hurts my hair or scalp. This is unlike the (infamous) Tangle Teezer. I did have one of those a few years ago, was quite good, but, the ones they sell now snag, pull hair so badly, you end up with a bunch of hair in your hand. Total waste of money, avoid Tangle Teezer.Denman is *kind* to long, thick hair. It gently somehow manages to grip tangles + detangle without pulling.The large paddle brush is suitable for long, thick hair, the smaller one isn’t really enough.Highly recommend. I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed with this brush I thought I should. It is definitely the best brush I’ve ever used, left my hair knot free after washing & made drying & styling my hair a breeze. I’m used to using a tangle teezer, but this brush blows it out of the water. I’ve ordered a second brush for my eldest daughter.
