3 years ago I had successful much needed knee surgery. Going well until about 3 months ago. I had been putting off a visit to the same doctor because of the obvious cure (in his opinion) having surgery again! Didn’t see any other option available until I noticed that on the same side, my heel was rolling off the outside of my shoe while working outside in the yard. The longer I worked, the worse it became. Finally the thought came to me that my knee issues may be related. I looked into the popular shoe insert store at your local strip mall. Yeah-no. About a thousand bucks? Please. Time to see what Amazon offered. The factory packaging machine missed loading one set, so I let the seller know and a replacement was here in a day and a half! Awesome service. Awesome product! After only two days using these- I absolutely believe I have avoided surgery and resolved my issues. And for less than $10? Amazing! Hopefully this may ring true for you too.

I just received these heel wedge insoles. I started using them immediately and already felt a huge relief of the foot pain. I have a slight supination of both of my feet. Recently I started feeling a pain in my right foot. I could not even step on it. I know about my foot problem observing how the heel of my shoes are worn down sometimes. I decided to try these insoles. I ordered them for quite a few shoes. My feet feel so well now. I will order more to put in my sandals too. They have an adhesive bottom. They stay attached even in my winter slippers. They can definitely be attached to the sandals. I also want to mention that I ordered these particular insoles because they are one layer ones. It is sufficient for me. The price is great!

Comfortable does the job. I put it under the lining of the shoe to keep it in place. Otherwise it slides forward into the shoe

Although other buyers indicated that the inserts adhered well in their shoes, mine haven't adhered well at all and are constantly falling out of the shoes. I have several pair as I didn't want to move them from shoe to shoe, but they don't even stick well in their original shoe. Otherwise they seem to work - the arthritis pain in my foot has decreased substantially.

I didn’t feel that these made any difference at all in helping with my knee knocked condition and they were mostly just uncomfortable so I stopped using them right away

These work really well to keep my feet straight and keep the heel of my shoe, from wearing down sideways.
