I bought this to replace an facial sauna we had for years. I used it mainly for when my asthma was bad, or if I had a chest infection which I’m prone to getting (i have one at the moment) Compared to my old one, this basically works a lot faster. The one I had before took around 5 minutes before any steam would appear. With this it’s around a minute. You get a nasal attachment which I tried but couldn’t get on with as I found it too intense, but it works great without anyway. There is a little measuring cup, which shows everything except 50ml which is how much it takes, but I think 50ml is where there’s a line? It doesn’t matter as there’s a max mark on the reservoir on the steamer. There is a little dial on the front under the top part to let you adjust how much steam comes through. I set it about half closed as I don’t like it too intense & I had it on the 2 setting which I found just right👍 I’m summary, this has really helped loosen the rubbish on my chest & helped my breathing. So much more efficient than my old one & It came the same day too with prime & was under £20. Very pleased with my purchase!

This is a great size for storage as it's quite small to ones I've had in past. Easy to use and has a open/close feature for steam release. The additional nasal part could do with being longer and reshaped as it's alittle to close to the steam release and doesn't sit round nose as well as hoped. I'm a contact lense wearer so was hoping it would prevent steam from going into my eyes when using eucalyptus or similar, I found it useful to let the steam build up with the closer on then switched off and opened with nose positioned over nasal part, this worked well as the heat was reduced and still inhaled alot of the steam to help with my blocked sinuses. I've also found this to be awesome as a facial steamer as heats up and releases steam quickly. After using it several times I've found it easier to tolerate the powerful steam produced. I have found that half filling the resivour works better for me and then refilling if needed. Works really well to open my pores to use alongside my pore vacuum. Overall I'd suggest some alterations to the additional nasal part as this could do with improvement but the steamer itself is very good. 🤩

I got this as winter sets in, I have an issue off blocked nose and sinus. This does the job in quick and easy way with out making a mess. Steam is quite strong so suggest don't get top close! Work's instantly with a small amount of water so also doesn't waste too much energy.

The facial steamer is exactly what I wanted, but part 4 was missing. I also would like to complain about the delivery as a specified that the parcel could be left in my shed. It was left by the shed in the pouring rain and I had no idea that it had been delivered. When I discovered it the outer box was totally disintegrated.

It is a steamer. It does what is suppose to. It is very easy to use. I was expecting the steamer would help me to deep clean my face, to help me to take the black spots out, but I am not sure it does, helps very little. I dont feel hydrated, what I feel is like my asking is pulled up, elastic! It is good

I have heard mixed comments here for this product but I just bought this yesterday and got delivered today. I used it as soon as it arrived and it works well as promised. I used it for camphor oil inhaling and it works wonders.

Impressed with your lock and unlock of steam I have selected your product. First week of use LCD light showing the power on has gone off (not worked). Continued to use for 2 more weeks, the Knob to select 0, 1 & 2 stuck and not working. It is directly working from plug and switch. Currently a Wire BURNing smell is coming along with the Steam. UNABLE To use. It is harmful to use this with poison smell along with steam to inhale and apply to face. I wish to return this product and refund my money. .

Bought this to try and clear my sinuses so as soon as it arrived I set it up. Not much to it even without the tiny instructions. So there is the base, face attachment and the nose/mouth piece and a little measuring cup. You fill the base and add any essentials oils you’d like and then add the face piece and if you want the nose/mouth piece add it and turn it on to either setting 1 or 2. It takes a few minutes to kick in which can be heard as low bubbling. The mouth/nose piece was quite hard to reach. I used that for a while and then just steamed my face but I put a towel over to get the full effect. It was quite good I just wish it had more settings as I felt number 1 wasn’t enough and number two was quite strong.

utile e rilassante, ma ha una pecca: non posso poggiare il viso sula maschera facciale perchè sarei troppa vicina al calore. Speravo e pensavo di poter chiudere la sauna con la mia faccia, ma invece se lo facessi mi brucierei il naso e non solo
