General multi-surface cleaner - take a 500ml spray bottle of water, add 1/2 capful and get to cleaning everywhere around the house. If you want a nice scent add a few drops of your favour essential or fragrance oil. Ideal for use on everything from countertops to hobs.Disinfectant cleaner - As above but this time add a capful of Fabulosa or Zoflora instead of your fragrance oil.Window/mirror/shower cleaner - fill your 500ml spray bottle 2/3 water, 1/3 white vinegar. Add a capful of Stardrops & shake before use.Before decorating - this stuff works better than sugar soap. Add 4 or 5 capfuls to your spray bottle to wash down walls ready to be painted.Laundry stain remover - add just a dab to stains to spot wash them by hand before throwing garment in the washing machine. Can be used on coloureds where you dare not use bleach.Washing up - in a pinch this can be used for handwashing dishes. However, its harsher on the skin than the likes of Fairy as it is far more concentrated so don your rubber gloves. Great for those heirloom pieces with burned on food that you dare not run through the dishwasher.This product cleans even the grimiest of surfaces with a minimum of effort, avoids having a cupboard full of different products since it can do it all. As its so concentrated its great for anyone looking to reduce their use of plastic since a bottle lasts such a long time. This makes it incredibly frustrating that it can no longer found on the High Street. Historically it was priced at the same price point as a bottle of decent washing up liquid. Thus I would expect it to cost just under £2 in July 2023, & think that scarcity has made it possible to price gouge on Amazon, which is such a shame as it really is an excellent product.

A brilliant product.Put a few drops in the water when cleaning windows, car, cutlery etc.

Always have used Stardrops. Not able to find a supplier. Great for cleaning paint work and most surfaces effectively.

Arrived Saturday. Courier told me it was damaged and leaking. He took it away with him. Second one arrived Sunday. Packaging was dry. Seemed OK. On opening the bottle was sealed in a plastic bag. When opened liquid poured out. The bottle cap was open and about 20% of the cleaner had leaked out into the bag. Really like Stardrops its just a shame people can't pack it well enough.

Stardrops has disappeared from the shelves of big supermarkets and even the budget retailers. Found this on Amazon but a bit pricey ( although the bottle is bigger than my old one) but still a lot cheaper than other sellers on Amazon. It was delivered very quickly.Having read the reviews the firm has taken on board the criticism of the product leaking in transit and it was well packaged and sealed in so if it leaked it would not go everywhere but be contained.I suppose the price reflects market demand and the scarcity of stardrops availablity. It is an excellent all round cleaner and as far as I can see there is no equivalent alternative out there on the shelves.Still it’s not as if you need to buy it every day and the bottle lasts a long time. Hence I do not begrudge paying that bit more to get what I want and need if scarce.

Wonderful product. Perfect for washing windows or the car aswell as most household tasks.

Love this and brings back 1970/80’s memories. Fragrance is good too. Leaves a nice sheer to my wooded flooring and the surfacing.
