Just started out on my sourdough journey and this kit has been a great start! I love how easy it was to learn to use the tools with the directions that come included. I was able to use the tool to mix the dough and the bowls to let it rest. I also love the scoring tool and how I was able to come with extra blades. Such a great purchase if you are getting started on your dough journey!

A nice little starter set for my sourdough hyperfixation! I've been at it for months now and still use these same tools. The covers have held up well even with my using only them two and washing them so regularly.

These work well for mini loaves or bread bowls. I’ve done between 200-300g of dough in each, so there is some wiggle room if you want them larger or smaller. The bottoms are rounded and can be wobbly. I usually put them on a tray to make it easier to move in and out of the fridge and around the kitchen as needed.

Love these banneton except for one thing, they aren't flat on the bottom AT ALL so they don't sit very well. It makes it slightly problematic when proofing but I just prop things up next to them to keep them in place. Other than that I love them. I use them for sourdoughs bread bowls for my family.

A great size for single persons or older folks who don't eat so much bread. Be sure to season the linen liners after washing with plenty of flour.

Loved this little guys! Perfect for resting sour dough and transferring to same size bowl to bake! Great for soup bowls!

Definitely have some splinters and stray string from the basket lining. If purchasing again I would probably spend a few more dollars and get something a bit nicer, but they are alright and will work fine if this is in your price point.
