I bought this pirate costume set for my son’s pirate-themed birthday party, and it was a huge hit! He absolutely loved the tricorn hat, which reminded him of Captain Jack Sparrow, and the pirate medallion necklace was an unexpected favorite — he still plays with it months later. Considering the low price, everything has held up surprisingly well, even with rough toddler play. Was surprised by how it looked after I took it out of the box. It was folded up in a box and I didn't think it would fold out very well, but once you connect the snaps, it managed to shape out very well. It's a good hat for a costume. I'm pleased with how it looks with mine. Just a little bit large. I could wear it as is, but decided to get hat inserts just to make it a little bit firmer.

I bought this set for outdoor Halloween decorations. It was perfect! Our theme was pirates. We live in the Pacific Northwest, so this hat and eye patch got soaked with rain and STILL looked good. We put this hat on a skeleton and had to tie it down due to the skeleton's head size (without the hair the head is smaller, ha ha). Anyway, I would recommend this set because of the value and what you get. The hat looks awesome and the medallion was cool. It is a great pirate accessory.

This is a great combo for the price. I was hoping the hat wouldn't look too cheap or silly. Weathered leather look is well done. Hat unfolds to structured shape with snaps Its just right for an adult pirate! Patch band rather snug but ok fit. Like the gold coin. Cute gift box.

Product came fast and was packaged well. The hat was slightly big for my head, but I am also a small person, so it should fit an average adult fairly well. The necklace it came with was also nice, the eyepatch is a little cheap but for the price of this it's more than worth it. Should go well with any pirate costume, and I can't wait to use it for my Halloween costume!

I really bought this for the hat, and the hat works great! The eye patch is just a flat piece of felt, so it lays directly on your eyeballs (AKA not very comfortable or wearable). The "map" is actually the box that everything comes in, and it would've been great had Amazon not stuck a giant sticky label on it. I ended up using it as a birthday present wrapping anyways. The necklace was fine - nothing crazy. :)
