I normally never write reviews for any purchases. I felt inclined to write a review about this bag. I purchased the light purple bag which is almost like a pinkish color (which is what I wanted) the color I wanted was spot on. It’s an absolutely brilliant color bag. I wanted something plain and not too big and something I could either fit to put on my wrist or my shoulder. This bag works for both of that. I seriously get at least 3-4 compliments on this bag a day (from complete strangers) on what a cute bag it is. Which is really what made me decide to write this review. It was a little tricky at first dealing with the straps that go over the purse but it’s not terrible. All in all this is a fantastic bag and I absolutely love it

Cute color but better used as a every now and then bag not a daily, the straps are pulling from the back but (not the top 4 strap points just the bottom 2) I believe it's from so much use. It is not big enough for an iPad to fit in it. It's very comfortable and versatile to be able to flip from backpack to purse. In backpack mode the straps cross over the super adorable and good quality zipper to almost have a lock to assist in pick pocketing for travel or jobs like nursing/teaching where people get a little to comfy with your purse. I've had mine for less than a year with 5days a week usage indoors.

I absolutely HATE this backpack! I have never left a bad review or given one star for something but this backpack is very misleading! In almost all the preview pictures it does not show the straps in the front of the backpack making it almost impossible to open! I would have never purchased this if I had known about this feature! After I received the backpack it was then that I realized that the straps in the front are not moveable and is in a crisscross position that is supposedly a safety feature! Let me tell you that it is a pain in the a** to get into this backpack! If you want to grab something in a hurry, that's not going to happen or if you just want to simply open the backpack all the way to organize or see all of your belongings, that's not going to happen either! I really feel misled especially with the preview pictures! Very Disappointed! I will never use this backpack and I Definitely would Never recommend this!

Adorable bag. Really. It's adorable. That being said, the hardware is a bit flimsy and repairs have had to be made a few times already. So, be aware you need to be handy with pliers.It does the job. Carries a phone, wallet, a few knickknacks and a small 12 ounce water bottle pretty easily. It's just the hardware thing.Also, if the straps were approximately 4 inches longer on both sides, then it could be worn as a cross body. Alas, the straps are too short for it.

The hardware on the bag’s not very sturdy. 3 weeks after my daughter received the bag and used it the second time one of the rings that connected the strap to the top of the bag opened up and came off. It’s very hard to put anything in the bag because of how the straps criss-cross on the top opening. I didn’t not get a chance to return the bag within my return window so I’m posting this review. We will probably not purchase any more bags by this manufacturer.
