My very first impression upon removing this lamp/shade, from the well packaged shipping box, was how well constructed & durable this product is. Assembly is super simple, attach lamp shade to base, and your good to go! Nice antique finish on sturdy metal base. Stained glass like shade will add a touch of charm to any room. I have this lamp on the nightstand in my bedroom, and love the option of having one, or both, of the 60w bulbs (not included) on. Think my new pickup line is going to be, "Would you like to see my new lamp?" lol

Bought this to match one I already had for bedside nightstands. Both have shades made from cut glass, though the new one's shade is a slightly lighter in color. Hard to believe there are two versions, but you never know...

Beautiful lamp that is sturdy! It survived being knocked off the table by my cat. (It was purchased to replace the last lamp this cat destroyed.) But I had to take off a star for the packaging. Vast amounts of styrofoam that disintegrates on touch. Yet it gets worse. Tape is attached all over the styrofoam so it stuck to my garbage can. The packaging from hell that won’t go away!

Packaged very well. Easy to assemble. They are heavy and look nice in my living room next to couch and chair. With two pull chains/lightbulbs per lamp, it gives enough light for me to read by. I love the style of these, very classic. Not a fan of Urn looking lamps that are out there these days. These would even be great in bedrooms.

The lamp itself is pretty, but it certainly is not worth $160. I expected a glass shade, as it was stated in the Q&A and in the description, and it is plastic, NOT glass. The packaging was pretty shredded and I’m assuming that’s because this lamp had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for years, literally. I can’t remember exactly, but it was manufactured at least 7 years ago. Not a huge deal as long as it doesn’t affect the function of the lamp.

This is a desk lamp for my home office. The price was fair. The shipment arrived when promised. Everything was well packaged. I am very pleased with my purchase.
