This product is great because during hard times of inflation i had money i wanted to just throw away....It was over $40 for a 5lb bag and I got maybe half. The bag itself clearly says do not separate and of course they won't do anything to correct it. So if you feel like you just want to throw $20 away then order away if you don't then id advise to go somewhere else

Bought dark chocolate riesen candy for an office event. It came timely, but every piece in the package was coated it white powdery and the candy was old tasting and stale! Bad business model! I paid top dollars and it’s unusable and non-returnable!

Not sure where these shipped from, but they arrived discolored and melting (I was home when the box arrived and I took it in off the porch right away). I don’t know if it’s a seller issue or if these were just in a super-hot Amazon warehouse or what, but….just use caution since it’s still hot outside. They seem okay to eat, but they’re ugly for sure!

I think these were 2 years old and spent some time sitting out in the sun. I have had fresh ones and enjoyed them. These are not fresh.

I usually buy these in a store. These look old and are a different color. not edible

Chocolate was brown and crusty. Looks like they were Frozen at some point.

These arrived moldy and inedible and had to be thrown out
