Moisturising Lip Balm for Dry & Cracked Lips - Hydrating & Nourishing with Vitamin E - 30ml (Pack of 2)

I’ve struggled with chipped, dry lips for a long time, especially in cold weather, and this lip treatment genuinely surprised me. This is great stuff, goes on nicely with no feeling of irritation. My son had really chapped skin all around his mouth and chin, this has cleared it up within a couple of days. Tube isn't huge but you don't need much each time, and it's handy for carrying in pockets, and at least reasonably priced for when we run out.

This is great stuff, after a very cold holiday in Finland my lips were really dry and peeling. They were so sore but this stuff worked and soothed my lips immediately, within a few days my lips felt soft and normal again. It’s far better than a lip balm stick or chap stick. Small enough to keep in your pocket or bag and it feels like Vaseline.

I suffer from angular chellitis especially in the winter and this ones been pretty bad. I was asked by my doctor to try the E45 lip balm to keep my lips moist especially at night before I sleep. It does help, the cream is nice and thick and stays on forever but I hate the tube. It feels like the cream is frozen solid inside and takes ages to get it out. Its definitely not easy to use or squeeze out and I had to dip the tube in hot water for the first use. Its been better after but still painful everytime you need to use it. It would have been better in the tin or as a stick rather than this tube.

Better than traditional lip balm. As a fellow lip biter I thought enough is enough. Vaseline wasn’t working for me or the typical lip balms. I applied a minimal amount an hour ago and it’s still on my lips, very moisturising. It’s only day one but I’m impressed on how much you get in the tube compared to balms like aquaphor. And the fact that this can be used universally on different areas of dry skin is impressive. Definitely a great buy and a great price. Thank you

Update 2 : this is an update 4 months in. I am happy to announce that flare ups are a thing of the past. I am now applying this minimum twice a day (sometimes in between if my lips feel dry) and have not had a flare up in a month. I still have a small spot on my lower lip that is dryer than the rest of my lips but this is a big improvement from when i started out. Update : this is an update 2 months in, before my lips would flare up every other week. But in the last month alone, i barely had a flare up, not even full blown flare up. My lips would start to burn a little (usually the start of a flare up) and the next day, calm down and return to normal within 3 days. Very very happy that i no longer have to struggle with cracked painful peeling lips. As soon as i feel it coming, i make sure to apply this balm more intensively throughout the day and it would halt the flare up and reverse it. My usual routine as of now is to use it once a night as i still have another balm i use in the day but will switch it over to this balm completely in the future. Original : Over the past year i have had some sort of eczema or infection that made my lips crack and peel (doctors have not been able to diagnose it and simply put it down to dry lips). My lips were previously perfectly fine, i do not use any products other than the occasional lip balm If it felt dry. Nothing i tried work and the hydrocortisone cream given to me just made it worst! I’ve also tried various other creams and lip balms (some very expensive ones too) but non of them resolved the issue, not enough to make a difference. Then i stumbled upon this balm and decided it couldn’t hurt to try. This is the first time In a year that i have had some sort of relief and my lips have gradually returned to their former condition. It’s been a few weeks and i’ve experienced fewer and fewer “flare ups” since using this balm and i’m hoping with continued use, the issue will disappear. One of the best lip balms I’ve used at a fraction of the price of my favourite alternatives. A little goes a very long way. This product has lasted me such a long time. When I eventually do run out, I’ll be stocking up on this again.

It has a nice texture, no smell or taste, and the tube is a really good size. It is a bit hard to squeeze out at first - I've been using it for month and still have roughly 2/3 of the tube left and for some reason it's only just now become easier to extract, so perhaps avoid if you have any mobility issues in your hands. At first I thought I really didn't like the product, I had a perpetual dry patch on my lower lip and it just wasn't going away. This balm did nothing for that. However, I started to use a lip oil with my makeup in the morning which did hydrate my lips well and fixed the patch; now that I have no problem areas it seems to melt into my skin a lot better and helps maintain the hydration overnighy from the oil in the day. The only reason I don't use the oil at night too is because I don't want to stain my pillows and this doesn't appear to do that. So it's an okay product; fine if you just want a lip balm, but not a good remedy for problem areas.
