I'm not a pill taker and prefer gummies. Having sjogrens syndrome I love that I can take my Sea Buckthorn Oil as a gummy! Happy with the ingredients (including evening primrose oil) and easy to swallow. Great texture and effective without a high dose of sugar content. Also good for my skin. The camomille flavor is not over powering and a unique flavor.

I have purchased this product before and now again. It is great. I have acid reflux and can’t tolerate oils. Has a great flavor like candy and never repeats on me. You would not know you were taking omegas.I would say go for it.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I struggle to get my omega 3 & 6 into my diet and many omega supplements make me nauseous in a very awful way. These gummies don't make me nauseous at all, and they contain omegas 3 & 6, as well as 7 & 9. Omegas 7 & 9 are not considered essential, but they are good for us, too. This product also contains flaxseed, evening primrose seed oil, vitamins E & A and some probiotics. I keep my weight in mind when taking supplements, so while the directions on this say to take 2 gummies a day, I take less than that. I started by taking half a gummy, to let my system get used to it and now I take one a day. Again, I absolutely love this supplement!

My eye Doctor warned me that my already questionable eye health will keep declining significantly if I don’t take fish oil supplements. I tried, I did. But I cannot do that for the rest of my life. He recommended flax oil instead. I searched for something with Flax in it and found these on Amazon. I decided to try a month first and if I liked them I would sign up for the subscription. I’m happy to say that these are perfect. The taste is good and not too sweet. They are soft. The person who said they weren’t must’ve had an old batch. If I need to take a supplement long term I always go for gummy form because it’s more enjoyable than a pill. And this is truly a good formulation for a supplement (keep in mind that it’s difficult to get an exact dose in gummy form so it’s important for any gummy supplements to be taken regularly).

I have been searching high and low for a good omega vitamin that makes me feel the difference. The taste is great, the gummies are little heart shapes which I thought was so cute. They have a probiotic in it which I needed. Overall since I have been taking these I have noticed a huge difference in my fatigue, stomach issues, and honestly I've only been taking one gummies a day so far. I haven't even increased to the full amount. I like to let my system adjust slowly. I genuinely believe these have also helped with my cortisol levels. I highly recommend these gummies. Will continue to order and take them. I also want to add I love the price point.
