Very nice quality
Very easy to use, larger than pictured but still easy to carry. It looks like a regular purse with quite good quality which is exactly what I was looking for.. discreet yet comfortable and that is what I received. So far my dog is only 2-2.5 pounds so she has a lot of extra space currently but adding a little blankie really made this secure and comfortable

Most people see her, helpful since she's still in training as a service dog
I absolutely adore this classy carrier! My 8-pound pup fits perfectly, and she seems so comfortable. We use it for plane trips, restaurants, or just running errands. It's great because most people don't even realize she's in there, which is helpful since she's still in training as a service dog. Even though restaurants can be a bit tricky, this little briefcase lets me take her along without anyone batting an eye. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough!
