My most used cookbook!Recipes for all occasions, easy to follow, nutritious and most take no time at all which is great for a young family.

I use this every day of the week nearly and it’s got the children eating lots of new and different flavors and spices. It also has reduced costs as we use less meat and it goes further, thanks to the recipes. I’d also say the portions are quite large, as were a family of five and the portions for four stretch easily, sometimes even with leftovers.

The layout of the book is so helpful, all the instructions are clear and simple and colour coded well. There are really helpful hints and tips about planning your meals and there is not one recipe I don’t want to try. I will let u know how I get on. What an inspirational lady she is xx

Nonetheless, the book is a valuable addition to any kitchen for its practical and tasty meal ideas.

I've cooked 5 different recipes so far, all winners. Simple ingredients, recipes ok to follow but in my mind a bit disordered but that's a small critism as I am really pleased with this. I swap out some of the more calorific ingredients for a healthier meal, it could do with a few alternative suggestions for those looking for less fat in thier diet but overall, I really rate this book, lots of variety and easy to make meals.
