Surprisingly good smart watch
I bought this watch expecting it to be cheap quality but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Firstly the build of the watch itself is great. It has some weight to it and is not just flimsy plastic. The strap looks and feels premium and the screen quality is top notch. You can set up the watch and link it to your phone with the app within seconds. You can customise the watch face with many designs from the app. You can make calls and control your music and camera from the watch which it is very responsive at. I would recommend this watch to anyone who wants a perfectly functioning smart watch at a affordable price without compromising on features. It comes with the charger and manual to get you started.

Good value for money, however wouldn't reccomend if planning to use it for medical purposes
Good product for the price, however here are a few minor issues, for one when I first got the watch a few weeks back the battery life was initially very good however it does seem to need to be charged ever so slightly more, that isn't to say it isn't good however I would say on average it could go 5-7days without needing to be charged depending on usage and how much you click on it. As well as this the blood pressure not be accurate as I have tested this against an actual blood pressure machine as well but as long as that's not a major concern for you then it doesn't matter. The heart rate does seem to be more accurate though, however I would advise to probably not 100% rely on it if your using it to keep track for medical reasons. The step count seems to be very accurate from what I can tell, as well as the sleep tracker 9 times out of 10. Onto the less fitness trackers side of things, being able to call and answer calls is very useful, however unless you know someone's number by heart you can only add 6 contacts, so if you wanted to be able to call more people than that without knowing there phone numbers then this isn't the watch for you. The other slightly annoying thing is that you cant lower or increase the volume of notifications or just the volume in general which can be annoying if you don't want it to be as loud however is there a do not disturb option so it isn't the end of the world. Also if you are planning to use the alarm feature on the watch to wake up, I would reccomend you don't rely on it as it doesn't ring for very long so especially if you are a deep sleeper it probably wouldn't wake you up. The watch itself as well as the strap are good quality as I was slightly worried about it after reading a few reviews but I have no complaints yet myself. It fits perfectly and there are plenty of holes for you to be able to adjust it smaller or larger if needed (my dad also has the same watch and he also says it fits perfectly as well so it does fit people with both smaller and larger wrists). It's very comfortable to wear and you don't tend to notice it as you wear it throughout the day. Overall it is perfect for day to day use and most of its features work really well especially considering the price so I would recommend, as long as your not planning to rely on it to be exact or for medical purposes, but as a rough guide instead or in the case of the blood pressure, not at all Also as I couldn't find a complete list of all the diffrent features before I purchased the watch here they are: Recieve and make calls View messages (cant reply) Heart rate tracker Blood pressure Step tracker Blood oxygen tracker Google assistant Sleep tracker Music Breath trainer Stopwatch Timer Alarm PayPal Business card Calculator Find my phone Camera (the watch doesn't take photos though so little point just allows you to take on your phone) And there is an option to set a password

Not accurate in all fields
Although it looks good and stylish, I needed an accurate wearable blood pressure monitor but this item is giving constant low readings, I checked them against a calibrated machine and they were all inaccurate.

Budget-friendly Health & Fitness Tracker smartwatch
Recently purchased the FITVII Health & Fitness Tracker smartwatch and must say its really budge friendly. Tracks heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and sleep stages. Offers 120+ sport modes, step counting, calorie tracking, and sedentary reminders. Supports Bluetooth calling, message notifications, music control, and even remote camera access. The battery life is great and lasts 7-10 days on a single full charge. This smartwatch health tracker works with both Android and iOS smartphones.

Brittle watch body - strap snaps
Poor build quality - and the strap has now come away from the body of the watch. This is because the body of the watch where it connects with the strap is made of brittle plastic. The strap broke while I was sitting down - so not when the strap was under any particular strain. It was just that the plastic shattered at a weak point on the body of the watch where it meets the strap. It's a shame because I really liked the watch. I understood that its features would be limited (and the dial designs are pretty bad) because of the price. But its not worth even a low amount of money if it ceases to be a wrist watch because of poor build quality.

Health data very inaccurate
Don't expect any accuracy in medical information. I matched the accuracy against my BP cuff, finger oximeter, which were checked at GP surgery. I wear a visible armband but it doesn't accurately show steps or sleep. I wanted sleep in particular. this watch gives a reading of light and deep sleep and seems to match other stuff I have. But it doesn't recognise REM sleep which I really want. So for me it is essentially just a pedometer. Example wristband records O2 saturation at 98%, finger oximeter at the same time records 93%. The O2 sats are the most inaccurate as it maintains that mine is always between 97 and 100. Actually I'm usually around 95 but go down to 88 and up to 99. The watch needs recharging about every 5 days and has it's own type cable. Comfortable to wear and holds the data till you open the phone then automatically syncs. Cheap and fine as long as you accept its limitations
