I was taking restless leg medicine for awhile (hylands), and I decided to try to narrow down what was in it that helped me urinate less at night. It was this! I'm now only getting up once to pee each night, maximum. This is down from 3-4 times at night. I'm also able to feel like I fully have emptied my urethra as a bonus. I take 5 of the little balls 1-2 times a day. I've also been less hungry? I'm not sure if that's due to less stress, better sleep, or what, but I won't complain.

Beware . . . check your bottles upon receiving them. I opened my bottle and pellets were wet. . . They were packaged before they were dried. Totally unusable and because I didn’t open the bottle and check them before the return window closed, I am out that money. So check your bottles right away.
