I got this to help with fascia self-massages. The roller stick and deep tissue massagers roll smoothly and don't get stuck during my testing period. The plastic pressure points are smooth with no sharp edges or points to accidentally scratch or poke while using the massagers. It is worth mentioning the fascia stick can slightly scratch if accidentally moved from side to side instead of the normal rolling motion.The fascia stick works well on yourself, however another person can provide more firm pressure on certain parts of the body such as the back of the quads.The hand roller works nicely and I can control the pressure well. The handle isn't overly large that I cant hold it with one hand and provide appropriate pressure.It's a well designed and fabricated set.

Impress and feeling good. The roller stick is my favorite because it works out knots well. I can control the pressure and choose which areas to focus on. I've used it on my shoulders, feet, and thighs to alleviate post-exercise pains. I appreciate the different options and colors in the set. Oddly enough, my favorite is the included bag that keeps everything together. It's convenient and makes me feel good.
