FYI, this now comes in a heavy glass bottle packed in a strong cardboard box. I would have preferred the plastic bottle shown online. I haven't used the pills yet, but this is obviously a quality product. I imagine it may have a higher carbon footprint with the heavy glass bottle and extra durable cardboard box requiring more energy for shipping, compared to a lightweight plastic bottle.

We take it at bedtime for great Sleep. We really noticed a difference within two weeks in terms of feeling more relaxed, at ease, dare I say Happy! You can also take it during the day if it’s too stressful and you wanna chill a bit …this is it. I’ve tried different brands- this is our favourite! 💙👏

Got them for my reactive aggressive dog- im on my second bottle. his aggressiveness has decreased a bit but it wasnt quite the miracle
