Being an old guy, plus also a stroke survivor. I need all the brain help that I can get. So I decided to try these. I figure that it can’t hurt! 😉

This has helped me feel calmer and less scattered. Many supplements give me migraines or leave me feeling a bit sick. This one was no problem for and actually has helped me feel better and less “all over the place.”

My husband and I both struggle with focus and are always looking for things to improve our motivation. We both immediately noticed a benefit on the 1st day of taking this. I started with 1 capsule and he started with 2. Now we both take the full 3 capsule dose on the days that we need it most - being sure to take breaks from it, especially since it is expensive and we do not want to create dependency. I have been a long time fan of Dr. Ben Lynch, the naturopath who makes this brand of supplements - so I was very excited to try this one out. I can confidently say that we don’t want to live without this one now that we’ve tried it and I’m always recommending it to other friends who struggle with focus and motivation. The blend of ingredients is impressive and top notch quality. I also greatly appreciate that there are no junky fillers in his line of supplements. They have a nice pleasant floral smell to them, which is not overpowering.

Item comes properly shipped with safety seal. I am a follower of Dr. Ben Lynch. I find him very knowledgeable on health and trust his supplements. I love that this has Uridine, DHA and Alpha GPC in it. Given together, these nutrients may accelerate formation of synaptic membrane, the major component of synapses. So far, no adverse effects since my son has started to take them, but too soon to notice any benefits. I will update my review should we see anything. Unfortunately, these are very pricey, but if you bought the nutrients separately, you may end up with the same cost.
