I got this and I just love it. The recoding is great the devise is easy to use and the app is great as well. I had a problem with my devise and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I do wish I could have called instead of emailing but welcome to 2026 I guess. Great product and I love it.

Astounding product. Exceeds my expectations, which were high. Quality and functionality are exceptional. Where has this been all my life? Don't know yet about how long the battery is good for, though whatever it is I'll cope, same as I do with my phone. And if I start to fill the memory, I'll upload to a device with greater capacity and make space. It's easy to use--nearly foolproof, and the recording quality is better than I'd imagined, while the transcription quality rivals the professional services I'll either no longer have to pay for or vastly cut down on. I like the device but the seller totally sold me a used product for a new price. That’s not correct

I got this one to record voice during some conference meeting, or during zoom meetings when I’m driving. I think this is a great idea to record it like this, but the one I received today seems a used one, the tape outside the box is clearly removed and re-attached. And the box is not clean at all, I still try to see if it will do the thing i expected, but it seems I have problem with connection. Very unpleasant experience.

Great option if Plaud is too expensive. I'm in sales and have used this in multiple meetings, does the job just perfectly. I don't even listen to the recording, just read the summary and the mind map is pretty cool for next steps. Love that it comes with 1800 free minutes of AI transcriptions per month. This device also does great when attached to the phone. Best if left alone on a table, touching it will make the sound recording harder to detect what is said. I would happily share with other in my sales team.

I just got it this Monday. After using these days, it absolutely is my great helper. I am using it for work meetings. When I went over the meetings, the sound quality is very good. It is easy use because only one button to record and save. The app is also easy use. AI tool is very impressive, not only transcribed but mind map. Not sure the battery long, but so far so good. Now I am not worried about forgetting something, this tiny record device always remember for me!

Works great and doesn’t require an additional subscription. Only issue I’ve found is if it’s attached to your phone, and movement of shifting your hand on your phone will disrupt the recording. Definitely worth the money, I’m even inclined to get their fancier model.

graba bien el auricular de lo que dice la otra persona en la llamada, que es lo que tiene prohibido Google en Android aunque sea legal en España grabar una llamada en la que participas. Incluso lo probé con una funda de plástico el móvil y sigue grabando bien a través de la vibración. La traducción por escrito con inteligencia artificial de lo hablado es mejorable, y necesitas repasarlo para que quede bien, aunque se entiende. El imán de sujeción al móvil es potente. Es bastante voluminoso el dispositivo para llevarlo pegado al móvil. La facilidad de uso es solo darle un botón para que grabe, y luego conectar el bluethooth para que pase al móvil y poderte bajar el archivo de audio o por escrito, aunque esta ultima opción esta limitada sin pagar a 1800 minutos al mes, que son un monton. A mi me ha servido perfectamente y no hace falta ser informático para poder utilizarlo. satisfecho con la compra

Al principio tuve dudas, pero al usarlo varias veces, le sacado mucha utilidad, es discreto y puedes ponerlo donde sea. Recomendado
