I couldn't find the OEM HP cartridges that could be delivered within 3 weeks, and after having good experiences with 3rd party laser toners, I decided to give these a chance.I received the first set of cartridges but wasn't able to try them due to immediately having errors with the Magenta cartridge. Unfortunately I couldn't get just one cartridge replaced I had to return all of them and reorder. After receiving the second set of cartridges, I was able to print 4 pages, but now the plotter is reporting problems with the Cyan cartridge. You can remove the cartridge and reseat it; the printer will print about 5 more inches and then stop. You have to repeat that process over and over and over and over and over...however long it takes to print a full E size (36x48) page. Unfortunately, we are outside the 30 day return window so there's no assistance from the seller of Amazon.It's one thing to make cheap $30 ink cartridges for mass produced home inkjet printers, but this is for a 44" professional plotter. While these cartridges are much cheaper than the OEM cartridges, they're still close to $400 so not an amount that's easy to just write-off. If you can't make a quality product, don't make one at all.
