Purchased this card for my trip to Korea. The SIM card didn’t work at the first time. I contacted CS via whatup, then found out the setting was not right. The CS I got second time was very professional and patient. Helped with step by step instructions solving the problem. The SIM card worked after the right setting. So if you have trouble try contact CS see if it can be solved.

This SIM card worked flawlessly for me. I used it in an old iPhone X as a backup phone for a trip to Europe recently. It connected immediately in the U.S. on T-mobile. Upon landing in Germany, it connected with networks there immediately. I had zero problems with it. For a SIM that covers so many countries, the price is reasonable. Because I bought the 3GB version, I turned off a lot of apps on cellular I don't really need, which stretched out that 3GB. In fact, a week-long trip using this method used only 1GB of data. I already bought another one for my next trip.

I used this on a 2 week trip to Mexico, visiting 6 towns/cities along the way. The data card did not allow access in any of the locations. It had connected properly while still in Virginia before departure on the trip, so it wasn't that the card couldn't connect. It simply didn't have connectivity to Mexican cell towers, despite the description specifically including Mexico as being covered by this card. It was a complete waste of $$. I will not purchase again for future trips.

I traveled quite a bit last year and this sim was so easy to manage. I could see everything online. Re-up was simple. Changing countries was flawless. Perfect for country hopping.

Bought this for a trip and didn't realize as soon as you insert the card the timer starts running. Looking to use it now more than 30 days later and nothing. Support was great and let me know the problem, my data expired. Lesson learned. Now I'm in Spain using it and it works great. Saving that $12 per day at&t likes to charge. Woohoo

It's an easy going simcard, easy to use, easy to access. I travel around the world because of job and I have been in Asia the last 10 months, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, China, Singapore all of them data data with this simcard. A very good purchase! My husband and I both used these SIM cards on a trip to Mexico. We had 0 issues. I even used some of the data when we got back to the US. Highly recommend!

Did not work in Baja Mexico. Spent two 30 minute sessions fighting with it. Would not recognize any local carriers. Their online support was no help. This not my 1st SIM card - I've used two other kinds in Europe with no problems getting up and running.
