It Works After Reset
Purchased this card for my trip to Korea. The SIM card didn’t work at the first time. I contacted CS via whatup, then found out the setting was not right. The CS I got second time was very professional and patient. Helped with step by step instructions solving the problem. The SIM card worked after the right setting. So if you have trouble try contact CS see if it can be solved.

Excellent support service.
I used this EIOT Club SIM card (which provided coverage in 200+ countries) during my trip to Europe it worked flawlessly. I activated it in the USA before my trip, and once I arrived, it automatically connected to networks in Barcelona, Italy, and Tunisia north Africa without any issues. The service was reliable, which made my trip much easier. I recently had to reload my card and had a problem initially. I contacted customer service via email and my issue was resolved quickly in a matter of minutes. The customer support via email provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this product.

The best travel sim ive tried to date
I traveled quite a bit last year and this sim was so easy to manage. I could see everything online. Re-up was simple. Changing countries was flawless. Perfect for country hopping.

It was a bit tricky to activate the eSIM, but the customer service was very helpful and I could set up easily with their help. I can use internet smoothly so far.

Works as expected. Don't run out the clock
Bought this for a trip and didn't realize as soon as you insert the card the timer starts running. Looking to use it now more than 30 days later and nothing. Support was great and let me know the problem, my data expired. Lesson learned. Now I'm in Spain using it and it works great. Saving that $12 per day at&t likes to charge. Woohoo

very affordable options
If you have a Wi-Fi jet pack, or any other equipment you would like to use while on the go, the Sim cards are a great option. They are very easy to activate, and install just like any other Sim card. I have had no issues With service loss, and they seem to have plenty of affordable plans. Great option, great price, highly recommended.

Totally hassle-free travel internet
Worked like a charm while I was in Asia! Setup was super quick, got the QR code quickly after entering my order number in EIOTCLUB app. No SIM swap needed. Perfect for travel. Great 24/7 support too. Highly recommend!
