I'm not sure about the detox part since I have no way to test myself before and after for metals and or "What toxins"?.I can say after taking regularly for a few weeks I seem to be more regular as well. I think it is helping with digestion and removal without the laxative effect. Again as for anything else I will be taking till the bottle I bought is gone and will buy again to use for more than one month.

Bought this because it’s filled with a bunch of herbs/minerals I heard were great to take when doing a parasite cleanse like I was doing. So these ingredients basically bind to the bad stuff and flush it out if taken correctly. Definitely follow the directions when it says to drink enough water with it because if not it may give you a cramp or Charlie horse like it did to me a few times; when I didn’t drink enough water with it. Great ingredients for the cost and I definitely recommend people to try it a few months to flush out some toxins.

I have used zeolite sprays before, as well as bentonite clay for detox and was curious when I saw it in this capsule form. I tried it out of curiosity and found it had the same effects for detox but the side effects are much less harsh. I feel like for the price this is a good deal on a very effective product. Remember to stay very hydrated when using as these ingredients not only dehydrate you but need the extra hydration to push the toxins out. I will definitely order again and consider a subscription as well.
