Bought 2 of the same - 1 is soft; 1 is firm
I bought two of the same pillow to use together on one bed. The boxes looked the same, and the pillows looked the same. They are very different in firmness. One is much much softer than the other. We did let them expand for 24 hours after unboxing them. We like them and will keep them, but I don't know if I will buy more, since I won't know what I'll get.

Not Great
I have a bad neck. My favorite pillow is no longer available. This pillow is comfortable enough but after 2 days my neck started hurting. I don’t think there is enough support at the neck area. May be fine for someone else.

I've used this pillow for 1 month and I no longer get have neck pain or shoulder pain. This pillow is amazing and I would purchase again!!

Too soft
Sleeping for a few days feels no help to the neck, can the pillow is too soft, pressing down will collapse, very uncomfortable
