Very cool toy or desk ornament. Arrived on time and as described. I'm going to order a second one. One to play with, the other to add to my collection. Very well built and functions as shown in the videos. I have read that American firecrackers don't have enough power (1.4g) to make the recoil work well. China and other Asian countries have 2g or better firecrackers, which is what is needed to get the recoil to really move. I have a fix for this, and it's only a few dollars at the local hardware store and 10 minutes of your time.

DO NOT BUY THIS, if you live in Canada!! If you’re looking for a really nice piece for your desk or mantel, sure! If you would like to use it for fun, it won’t happen. Due to Canadian laws and restrictions, the things you need, safety fuse, fire crackers and black powder are tough or next to impossible to get.

This thing is awesome. Fires two firecrackers. Sometimes pretty far.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m sure in the videos you see it works as advertised. Sadly American firecrackers are gimped compared to what the rest of the world can own and use. If you’re American this won’t work like the promotional videos. I tried larger firecrackers like M100s and silver salutes but they didn’t fit or jammed up and didn’t explode that well at all inside. That aside it’s a fun little toy. It recoils a tiny bit and shoots basically confetti out the other end (pieces of the firecracker) you can make the most out of firing small projectiles by using a very loosely packed paper towel ball as wadding and it will throw small pebbles with a regular firecracker about 15 feet So overall, recoil won’t be as dramatic due to anemic American firecrackers and the barrel is a little too wide and heavy for American firecrackers to move it more than 1-2cm and larger American “max load” firecrackers don’t fit in the chamber and get stuck
