After stumbling across Zeolite on socials, I did some more research. Mind blown!Completely natural substance, affordable price, massive potential positives, with little-to-no negatives… seemed like a no brainer to go out on a whim and give this a go.For myself, with a very complex medical history, I’ve had to do thorough research into the safety of taking this.I can confidently say that having just 1 teaspoon in a glass of water twice a day for the past week has reaped unprecedented benefits, such as:- improved sleep quality and duration- mental clarity (less brain fog)- more energy & reduced fatigueBut perhaps the MOST important benefit, at least for myself… improved skin!For over 10+ years I’ve battled with flare ups of a skin rash on my face and in patches on my body. Completely unexplained, and as far as the NHS is concerned, a massive question mark with no real treatment. The response from various medical professionals has been to treat with topical steroid creams of varying strengths. Neither of which have worked but have instead caused awful side effects. Not once has anything around diet or supplements ever been considered or broached, just a lack of investigation and pushing generic pharmaceuticals.After 24 hours I started to notice improvements. After 5 days those improvements have only been heightened. I’m eager to see what a further week or month may hold!IMPORTANT TO NOTE:- There are no instructions unfortunately- I recommend using in cycles of up to 28 days at a time followed by a break of at least 1 week (based upon research)- Up your water intake to help flush out toxins and replace lost fluid through excretion and bowel movement- Perhaps the only negative side effect I’ve noticed so far, is a bit of dog breath! I’ve put this down to toxin excretion as I’ve never had this problem before. So keep some mints handy!- Also, there a review that’s gained traction on the magnetism of this product. I have tested my own with an industrial magnet and cannot say any visible metal or magnetic product within the powder.

Bought this powder a few months ago so my daughter could do detox after having had one covid vaccine. Also got one for myself which I shoved in a draw and forgot about it. Not having had the vaccine myself I assumed that I had no need for a detox. How naive I was! Bloody hell with the amount of metal toxins in my body due to radiation treatment for thyroid cancer over 30 years ago, and preceding years (along with environmental toxins) cells in my body were in terrible state but I was oblivious to all this until a few days ago when I got terrible pains in my back (kidney area). Pain got much worse over two days and spread to lung area, shoulders and neck which was intense when walking etc. In desparation to try and resolve the issue I purchased kidney/liver supplements. After doing that purchase, I remembered the Zeonite powder hidden away in a cupboard and I zealously took two teaspoons in a smoothie. In a matter of hours the pain was less intense. Took another dose when I went to bed and slept so well. Sleep score on fitbit was always poor, now moved to good so this a added benefit. Low and behold all the physical pain was gone and I feel so well in myself, more energy, less anxiety, positive thoughts, better mental function...life is good after taking for 1 day. Second day, took same dose, felt really well, only had slight headache for short period and hot feeling in body which is part of detox process. Low and behold, After years of insomnia fitbit sleep score was 90% this morning, stating excellent!This stuff is truly amazing....upped my dose to 3 teaspoons twice daily today...loving this detox program. Who knows what other changes are taking place in my body that are undetectable as of yet?This is the first time that I have ever felt compelled to write a review.

Had my first tea spoon when it arrived. Zeolite ilooks like very fine chalk dust. When added water it looks worse than it tastes don't know what I expected but it went down OK. Thinking of maybe have minimal water and have it like a shot.It is Delivered without any instructions or suggestions for taking it which is what you would expect buying it from this company that just supplies the goods without the frills that are added by companys by the time we see them in the store. I must admit I would feel more confident and happier using this product if it had some kind of lnfo leaflet on doses etc but luckily the Q&A section has some good tips so I will follow that., unknowingly if I'm taking it right or wrong. Will update

One week in and I can feel and see the benefits! My bloated stomach has gone down, I'm feeling less lethargic but I'm also sleeping better at night. Started on Monday with1/2 teaspoon twice a day in some iced peach tea, there's no real taste, it's not gritty, a little chalky but easy to just knock back in one!I moved up to 1 heaped teaspoon twice a day on Thursday as feeling absolutely crap, arm and leg cramps, headaches, stomach cramps and diarrhoea!Was advised to up the amount I was taking to stop the "detox fever" and it worked. Have also used twice as a face mask ( 1 x 5ml spoon with a small amount of cooled boiled water, applied with a brush) and my skin has cleared up and is glowing ( I started with a collogen skincare routine at the same time, also now taking collogen, Biotin and MSM) and have pine tree bark on the way!

Great product- a clay like bland gritty taste . But this really does prove your well-being and quickly in a way that I haven’t noticed so quickly with many supplements i take. I think this is a game changer for health and well worth trying .
