Works exactly as intended. My only annoyance is that Amazon didn't have it in stock when I was looking to buy so I also ended up getting two extra batteries instead, then the day after, Amazon had it in stock again.You do need a power source that is capable of outputting 9v 3a. I saw someone comment about they can't get it to work, this is precisely why. You need to read the requirements.

This is way too expensive for what it is, but I don't know about any alternatives so I had to "pay for the brand". The most important for me is that it uses PD and I can use it with current powerbanks and don't have to worry about regular batteries, especially when recording long videos at a high bitrate on an external USB drive.

Works as advertised when connected to the right USB-C power output. Ran my GH7 for hours during some testing at the studio and it was nice not having to switch batteries or turn it off every 2 mins. Both cameras performed well too after hours of work. Nice touch from Panasonic providing punchout holes for the cables so you can close your battery doors. It would be interesting to test mounting my power block and this for power and a M2 USB-C to record to but haven't had a use for that but know others were complaining about not being able to do both.

I have yet to find any power source that can make this dummy battery work. It is worthless. Do not buy.

Its bit expensive for this. Thats the reason why i gave 3 star.But product quality is good and handy when in an emergency situation when you run out of batteries

Hook this up to your Mac allowing your camera to stay charged and be used as a Webcam even. But really with the M series chips I'm able to have the Lumix app on my Mac and use it that way even. It works wirelessly as well. Really this device is a great backup if you're filming a staged event with a Lumix camera and what to have it connected to your computer the whole time.

The DC coupler works as it should! If you're looking for a USB-C wall charger to pair with it, look up "UGREEN Nexode 30W USB C Charger".After buying this DC coupler, the UGREEN wall charger, and a cable- I was still at half the cost compared to buying a Panasonic AC adapter.
