Has really helped provide some relief for my trigeminal neuralgia

Bought this for the severe TMJ pain I get. It works wonders, and it heats up quickly. The cord is long so you can move around a bit while it’s plugged in, and it’s easy to assemble/use. My only complaint is that the mask lifts off the bottom of my face. I tried to tighten the velcro strap but that only increased the pressure behind my eyes. I get most of my pain in my jaw/ear, so I would have liked for it to fit my face better. But it’s honestly not a huge deal for me, it’s soothing and cozy (wish I could sleep with it on!). Overall I would recommend it, it’s a great product!

Bought for my mom who has frequent issues with sinusitis and face and jaw pain. She loves it (and she can be hard to please!) Easy for her to operate. One drawback is the "print" on the buttons is hard to see (it's embossed in the plastic) so she does just keep pushing buttons until she gets what she wants. Colored buttons, at least the on / off and temperature would be helpful. As others have said it is a bit loose around the jaw if she is sitting up but I can easily alter that by sewing the elastic a little tighter at the bottom. Don't know how long it will last, but for the moment it is effective.

if i’m going to look this dumb wearing something, it better at least do something. there’s more heat radiating off someone’s face standing near you than this at high heat and strapped onto you. i get that it’s being precautious, but there’s literally nothing. I’ll go back to wrapping my heating pad around my head i guess )

get some headaches, several times a month (not too often) but so it didn't take long before I felt the need to try this product out. It is very comfortable to wear. The fabric is soft, feels like velvet. Well made. *Using this mask is very simple, you just plug it in and grab the controller. You choose your settings, automatic shut off times which include different times and Heat level. Low, medium , high 15/30/45/60/90 minutes. *For my first session, I wanted to start low, I did not find the low setting to be very useful so I quickly turned it up to medium. *10 minutes of use my head started to feel better. Another 10 minutes later and my headache was gone. You would think that a HOT washcloth would help to relieve a headache. Well, let me tell ya that didn't really help for a headache. (And you will be surprised at what other things can do) I also think the size of the Mask makes a difference. It's kinda big/large and covers the entire face. Great value for your money

I get a lot of headaches, several times weekly, so it didn't take long before I felt the need to try this product out. It is very comfortable to wear. There are three heat levels and five automatic shut off times which include 15/30/45/60/90 minutes. For my first session I started with low heat and 30 minutes. The Mask heats up immediately and within a couple minutes it's at its desired temperature. I did not find the low setting to be very useful so I quickly turned it up to medium. Then I laid back and relaxed, waiting... To my astonishment, after 10 minutes my head started to feel better. Another 10 minutes later and my headache was gone. Now, sometimes I've been known to put a hot washcloth on my forehead for a headache but that cools down quickly, so I had no idea how effective sustained heat could be. I also think the size of the Mask makes a difference. It is really large and covers my entire face from forehead to chin and ear to ear. I've used this mask three times now and each time it has helped a great deal if not eliminating my headache altogether. This is the necessity that I did not know I needed. They've even included a little spray pump bottle for when I want to try moist heat, which I have not done yet. When I ordered this face heating pad it was selling for $39.99. I think that is an excellent deal because this is a device that actually works.
