Works well and comes with 2 batteries
So far, so good. I somehow lost the original charger and spare battery that came with my flashlight (different manufacturer and purchased from a different merchant). This charger had a good price and came with 2 additional batteries. I charged the batteries it came with along with the one battery I have left that came with my flashlight and all is well. I use the flashlight a lot thus depleting and charging batteries at fairly quick intervals so I will update a month or two from now.

Not bad at all
These are surprisingly good for the price. They’re better than the batteries that came with the product I bought them to replace. The charger takes a while to get to a full charge though.

Doesn't work in wuben e7
They have all kinds of excuses what the problem could be why my wuben e7 shuts off when you bump it! The reason is it is to short it's advertise as a 1650 but it is only a 16520. It is 3mm shorter than it should be for a wuben e7 extended tube

Very easy to use.
Charges 1 or 2 batteries at a time with red and blue indicator lights to show either charging or fully charged. Comes with 2 fully charged batteries. Just plugs into any standard USB port.
