Product is very good . .no fault or any other clams yet.

Batteries are not good.

The media could not be loaded.  I have not had a chance to use it very much,but I loosened and tightened 34mm nuts with it so far. and there were no problems. The battery was showing a full charge afterwards. I think this is a great. impact wrench for the money.Loved the outer carry case, would definately give a tough competition to Bosch and Dewalt

Very good product and have quality torque is most wonderful many many thanks easy to use but weight to much. How long lasting know the company and God God 🙏 👍

I went to the front yard to test it out. Had no problems getting lug nuts off while car was lifted in air. It even got an axle nut off too. Works great!!works great

I was looking to replace / upgrade my old Hitachi impact wrench and searched for awhile. Although most of my power tools are Makita's, I didn't want to spend hundreds (on a name brand) for an impact wrench which I seldom use (only for wheel nuts / bolts and suspension-related work). At last, my search is over and extremely happy with this unit (and came with fully charged batteries):
