Perfect easy to program Garage Door Opener Remote
I was a bit suspicious with the low price for these two Universal Sears Craftsman Garage Door Opener Remotes, especially because I purchased an Ace Garage Door Opener. These remotes came with a 3 year warranty, also. Well, to my surprise, these remotes were extremely east to program to our Garage Door Opener, and both work perfectly. You can't be happy with your purchase for this item. A+ purchase.

Cheap, Cheap, Cheap
What did. you expect for such a low price?. One arrived with a dead battery. Replacing the battery is a little fiddly. Be careful opening the case, its fragile. The battery is trapped and cannot be removed without removing the circuit board (gently push against the small clips holding the board in, one at a time. Try not to break them). Once the battery is replaced, reverse the process one clip at a time. Reassemble the case, Pushing gently all around the edge, and if you’re lucky it will pop back in position. Then you can program it. Follow the six step instructions exactly. Avoid frustration by locating the “programming” button on the back of the controller before you start. It will probably take 2 or 3 tries, but don’t give up! When it finally works, congratulate yourself on saving a few bucks, you’ve earned it! Update: Transmitter has limited range, struggles to open garage door from 40’ away, requires multiple tries to open. Rating dropped from 3 to 2 stars. Update #2: Transmitter stopped working (had new battery installed previously). Rating dropped from 2 to 1 star.

They worked, but…
They worked, but shipping them with dead batteries was not appreciated. Once I realized this (after attempts to make them work), I inserted new batteries and they worked fine.
