Venia un cartucho muy usado y deteriirado

When I received the print heads, two of the four were leaking into their sealed packets. after wiping off the soiled heads and installing all four, only the cyan worked at all and was hardly visible. The other three did not work at all. After hours of trouble shutting to no avail, I was able to borrow some real HP printer heads, problem resolved

The printheads were used and my plotter would not accept them. This supplier is not honest in their description of the product.

We ordered this product. The entire set is defective; none of the items are working. The component responsible for the black ink is defective and is not being recognized by the printer. We paid $155 for a product that doesn’t work. We demand a refund!
