I ordered a box of these patches 8 months ago. Had serum plus the neck cream patch. Very effective This version only has the neck patch. Super disappointing

I bring these with me on long-haul flights — honestly, I couldn't tell you if they "work" for wrinkles, but I find that they keep my skin highly moisturized after long travel days. They're easy to use and last a while — I've fallen asleep for a few hours on the plane and it was still in place when I woke up!

This neck mask pack comes with 5 individual packs. Each pack has 2 steps. The 1st step is a small amount of ampoule cream to apply to the neck region first. I say small because of the packet size but it was enough to cover my neck and then some. The 2nd step is the patch itself. The patch has a creamy milky lotion all over. The instructions are not in English, but it is self explanatory to apply. I didn't know how long to keep it on since I could not read the instructions, so I left it on for about 10 minutes. When I took the patch off, there was still a lot of moisturizer on my neck so I rubbed it in and wiped off some of the excess. Can't say if it improves loose skin, but my neck felt very moisturized after application.
