It's very accurate 10/10 sleep tracking 7/10 step tracking 9/10 hrv 7/10 battery: drains fast when all the features are on Also it has a mood tracker which is 9/10 times accurate and warns you about your mental health. Look out for size that's a gamble. If that fits you will get accurate readings. Note: This is a recovery ring not a fitness tracker. The sleep tracker is better than garmins but it doesn't have a good fitness tracking abilities for that you need to buy amazefit watch which combines both the data and give you accurate results.

Works great. A lot of information captured and seems to be accurate when compared against an Apple Watch but at a much better value. What I like the most is that the information captured from the ring can be combined with data from an Amazfit watch and external chest strap to get a complete eco system for tracking your health both day and night at rest and during intense workouts with data from all three sources combined into the Zepp app and utilized together to give you a complete review of your health. I like the ring for my sleep and recovery estimates and the watch for daytime monitoring and capturing various workouts. Since I do a lot of HIIT workouts, I added a chest strap to capture the heart rate spikes better and love how all the data gets combined into one place and used together for more accurate exertion and recovery values. Not aware of any other product that can do this at so easily and economically.

Yes they are good wanted one for a long time the only thing I donf understand you buy the ring but still have to pay £5.99 a month to get the apps o it for your sleeep and steps think that’s the down side to it

works good, but sizing is an issue, NOTE : whatever size you think your fingure is buy it 1 size less otherwise it will not fit properly. My fingure size is snug fit 9 and comfortable fit for 10, so i ordered size 10(also used their string method mentioned on website to measure), but the size 10 is closer to size 11 and the ring is really lose and keeps on falling, i am using adjusters to use it
