Worked great
Worked great for all of my Dell laptops with my USB C charger for my MacBook Pro, Apple 140 Watts charger.

This makes cord management much easier
With a USB - C cable and much smaller wall charger (65 watts) there aren’t cables all over the place .

Works on my dell laptop dock
It works well and does not even feel hot when in use.

Does not work
After spending time and money buying extra power sources and cables to make sure I have enough voltage and watts it still won’t charge the computer, the light turns on but doesn’t send enough power to charge the PC.Do not spend your money with it.

Connection not secure
The connection is not as secure as a genuine dell charger. Charging will start and stop if gently nudged or if the charging cable has any tension whatsoever- which is very annoying. It works, but doesn't work great.

Great Addition!
This allows me to use a USB-C cable & smaller power supply with my laptop.

Worked great for an older Dell Latitude
With everything going to USB-C, including my new laptop, I wanted an adapter that gave me the option to charge my older laptop in the car or from a USB PD battery bank without needing an inverter. My laptop rarely draws more than 30W and this works fine with PD chargers rated for 45w. Note that standard USB ports only deliver power at 5 volts, you will need one that is PD-capable which can deliver up to 20 volts. I have not had any issues with the connection or power stability, however I did have to replace the DC jack on my laptop a few years ago after knocking it off a ladder, so based on another review YMMV with the OEM jack.

Doesnt work
I'd gotten it as a lighter travel charger. It doesn't charge at all. I verified the voltage and the compatibility, but it still doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
