Awesome project for kids!
These were great! My 10 yr old and 7 yr old loved building and using these. They work really well, even a block apart, (that's as far as we've tried them but I'm sure we could go farther). I have previously bought other walkie talkies for my kids and they were terrible and were more expensive. Definitely a good buy and project for kids.

Buy it for any girl or boy. It’s an educational gift, that doesn’t strip away the fun for learning.
The media could not be loaded. This was such a good little purchase. Its value well outweighs the cost! For $20 getting to build your toy that doesn’t use plastic, truly covers all the basics.The quality of the walking talkie is very well done. The transmission is clear, and works well all throughout our 3 floor house.My 8 year old had fun putting this together by himself before I awoke for the morning. And bc he wants to be an engineer, it made this a highly rated buy, giving him the ability to build his own walkie talkie, see and study the mechanisms, and the use it too.The design is cute and fun, however it doesn’t seem to be build sturdy or long lasting. It only took a 2-3 hours before there were broken parts. The walkie talkie didn’t stop working however for now.This makes the perfect gift for any child truly girl or boy whether they’re interested in STEAM, or not.I love that this build uses minimal to no plastic, using natural materials to create.Durability rating 3/5Toy rating 5/5I would buy this again.

Very fun
My 6 year old’s first stem kit! It took him a little while to do it, but he did the entire thing by himself and it actually worked! Super cool!

My grandchildren like to put things together. Instead of just sitting on a shelf when done, they could use the walkie talkies in their games.
