Solid bowl
Plastic bowls kept cracking with daily use, so got these and they seem to work for the needs

They were used for canning tomatoes which required large bowls. Materials a little thin but worked well for what I need to do for.

8 Quart bowl is huge!
These bowls are pretty light weight. They are wide.. not tall like my other stainless bowls. I'm glad to use these but probably should of gotten smaller bowls for my use. At least I know what an 8 Qt bowl looks like. LOL

It's features include a rounded edge for your comfort, a flat bottom for placing on any surface, and wide sides to fit anything you want inside. And boy, let me tell you about the diameter accuracy. I had to put a caliper on this bad boy just to see how accurate it was. And let me tell you it was BANG. ON. 13.25 inches on the dot, down to 1/1000ths of a millimeter. You wanted just one bowl? Too bad, you're getting a double dose of this bad boy. Buy it and be bowled away.
