This supplement seems to be working better than other methylated vitamins/supplements that I’ve tried. It isn’t the cheapest or most expensive but seems to have the greatest benefits. More energy, less brain fog and no stomach upset. It is more expensive than most but I believe it’s priced accordingly for its quality.

This is the second product I have tried by Wild Foods. I have trying to take it consistently. I feel my body is absorbing it pretty good especially since its methylated. It has additional ingredients that many other brands don't have in their multivitamins. It does have cheesy aroma which Im not sure why , that’s the only thing that’s not favorable. This company is very conscious about is vision, the quality of ingredients etc. just knowing that makes me feel confident this is a great product and add to my daily regimen. I hope to be consuming and working with this brand more in the near future.

So far these seem to be pretty good. No complaints.

I have a couple other brands of methylated multi options in our supp cupboards but these are my go-to AS LONG AS I HAVE FOOD IN MY STOMACH❣️ I love that this brand “WILD” packs a punch in ingredient concentration and methylated ingredient quality. The next most comparable brand we have requires you to take two capsules which is preferable for my daughter’s or myself when I’m not eating nutrient dense foods but my boys & I generally vibe with taking one of these capsules (WITH A MEAL). Yes, they are expensive but YES THEY ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT‼️

It feels great knowing I’m getting a comprehensive range of vitamins like K2, D, and CoQ10 without unnecessary additives like taking iron supplements. The clean ingredients and easy-to-digest capsules fit seamlessly into my routine, making it a solid choice for daily health support. It tastes fine and is so easy to take.

This supplement has all the right ingredients so I'm no longer buying so many individual supplements. Saving money, feeling better and finally starting to regain some stamina. Best decision to try because it's truly helping me.

Excellent product, all the vitamins are in its active form which means it is actually assimilated in your body unlike other cheap vitamins. The only thing I'd recommend is to have it with food, as I felt a slight discomfort when my stomach was too empty. Other than that I feel like it has supported my energy levels and health and will continue to purchase.

The Vitamin does what it supposed to do, but geeeze. The taste is nothing I have ever had before! So I hold my nose and take it. It definitely makes me want to order another vitamin due to taste! But I will get thru it!
