Drive didn't work but
The drive that they sent the first time does not work. I reached out to them and they are reissuing me a new drive free of charge. They were very quick to response and super easy to work with. Will update when new drive comes as to whether it works or not. But as far as the shopping experience with them, I give them five stars Update: New drive arrived in the mail today and is working as intended!

Not a bad purchase.. but there are some drawbacks
TLDR:In short i will say this is a nice collection of roms and i can tell a great deal of time went into setting up the drive. First, when i received the drive i had to place it in an external enclosure. not a problem for me to perform and it is easy to do however some people were utterly confused and did not know what a hard drive looked like. Apparently they think it looks like a glowing piece of crystal . as a result they plugged in the enclosure expecting it to work, Second, this is a HGST drive. I know some of the reviews online say they are reliable but my history with them is different from the reviews. This is not an SSD like some would expect but it is a high speed drive. out of 12TB there are 239 GB free. 0.239 TB. Third, when checking the lists i had found some of the games i expected missing and a few surprises. When i was young i programed a few commadore 64 games and gave them away. they are present in this release. when i checked Apple II i discovered the famous game "the oregon trail" was missing. for the PS4 game. some of the ps4 games i expected were not here. Fourth, when running the arcade executable a movie plays that i think was taken from midway. the organization presented to me was very odd. if there is a pattern to the presentation i do not see it. I had expected to first select the system and then select the game. my presented selections were random. it appears to be set up to use an Xbox controller however using a keyboard(pc after all) can get you to some places. PS controllers only partially work. Fifth, you get a notice from the drive makers saying your antivirus will flag some files. This is true. However most of the files are *.dll files that appear to be from steam. some of them appear to be cracked exe files.

So many non functional games
Purchase this if only you are familiar whith how ROMs function inside their emulators, there are many games that run, but the standard controls are non functional, leaving you unable to play the game. There are even more games that just will not run at all, giving you ROM errors or emulator errors. One of the YT video reviews I watched prior to purchase noted that if you have the know how, you can update out of date emulators, patch emulators or broken ROM's and allow you to remap the game controller functions in the emulator to make all of the Neo Geo games playable. That is one of a few entire systems that are unplayable, at the rate I discover unplayable games I would say that at a minimum 43% of the games on this drive are unplayable or not functional, 90% of them were games that I bought this drive to play on a dedicated gaming PC that has more than enough processing power and graphic capablity to play these retro games. The largest issue is physical drive lag, the games can not load off of the hard drive near fast enough, this eliminates the PS3 & PS4 titles for playability. To negate this you would need a 12tb or larger internal drive to load the entire library into the computer. If you encounter an arcade game that had non standard controller like Tron or Golden Tee you will be unable to play those games. Without a rotary controller or a roller ball some games just can't be duplicated in an emulator. Need a modular controller that has modules for all of the retro game controllers you would find in an arcade or even at home, like some Atari 2600 games. Except for full size sit on/motion control seats you could probably kit together a controller that could be "snapped" together to fully emulate arcade controls. I truly can not express how disappointed in this product.

Beware! Computer Viruses Are Everywhere, But The ROM's Are Still Useful.
If you wanted a ton of games that work and many that need some work to make them work, you have it here. You can get these games for free at the cost of all of your bandwidth for several years if you'd like. Now if you wanted that experience to be safe from computer viruses, don't buy this hard drive. I stopped the malwarebytes scan when it hit 125, and thought these could be false positives, so I used Avast and stopped at 25 viruses. I am an ex-hacker from the 80's and have plenty of protection and was able to use the software as is, externally with no spread of infection to my system, but I am very well protected. Don't expect that from your computer. The ROM's are many and useful, and except for PC games is relatively virus free. I am keeping the drive and creating Hyperspin fresh and moving the ROM's to fresh Hypersin and playnite, along with moving some ROM's to my Batocera system. This is what the real use case of this drive.

Fun to Explore
I really enjoy exploring the Kinhank Hyperopian (Note: it's the Hyperspin and not the 5-in-1). It's well packaged and fun to play. Have only played a small handful of games, but those I've played were fun.

Not what I expected
Difficult to connect controllers to all systems and Xbox 360 does not play for me. I would not recommend unless you're good with going into the systems and reprogramming. It is not a plug and play.

El producto puede ser bueno si tienes tiempo. Tiene demasiados juegos y es confuso el menú. Algo más minimalista sería grandioso. Lo devolví por lo mismo.
