These are great tasting gummies that help my lungs. The only way I can consistently take vitamins is if they are in gummy form so this works great for me. I’m happy they include more than just Mullein for extra benefits for my health.

Tastes great, but everyone wasn't joking about the fact that they stick together being a pain in the ass. It's not even that they stick together that's the problem, it's the fact that they are extremely hard to pull apart the lower they get in the bottle. Not even tweezers help protect them from being pulled apart while trying to get them out.

The media could not be loaded. My daily routine is made easier by the fact that the gummies are chewable and soft, making them a hassle-free addition to my regimen. During the first few days, I did not see a significant change; nevertheless, by the second week, I began to experience a shift that was for the better. It is very uncommon for me to feel a weight in my chest when I get up in the morning; however, this feeling has greatly diminished in recent times. When I was working out, I also realized that I was able to breathe more freely and that I did not feel as short of breath as I had been before. This resulted in me feeling more self-assured and motivated over the course of the day. In addition to the advantages for my respiratory system, I have also seen an increase in my general health. Even while I was working at the busiest times of the week, I had fewer instances of feeling under the weather or exhausted. This has provided me with the feeling that I am taking better care of my body without having to make significant adjustments to the way I live my life.

Not sure if these helped - someone suggested taking them for phlegm in my throat but I’m not sure that’s what they were for - they were very sticky and sometimes difficult to get out of the jar

I've been using these for about 2-3 months and love them! Price, quality and taste is superb! They work as described. Definitely will be buying again and again! Customer service is top notch as well.

I really hope this product lives up to what it's been doing for us. Concerned about the obvious difference in color, since our last order in November. Old bottle on the right. Hoping there is no negative affect in the quality of these new vitamins!
