Nice product. I had a few issues at the beginning, but after being contacted by the support team, these issues were solved. Thank you very much.

Not recommended zero star rating from me
This is a very short lived item beyond the warranty period with zero support from the supplier. Buy something else, I now have a Thermomix and the customer service is amazing and you can actually speak to a real person. I genuinely regret purchasing this very expensive product that did not last more than a couple of weeks beyond its short warranty.
