Is USA father & son company. However, the product is actually produced in P.R.C (China). I didn't realize that when purchased item.

It is an assortment. There are long, medium and short. The longest are about 3 feet in length. You can tie down pretty much anything.

Q: Do these come with the black bag with drawstring?>

Yes they come with a bag and everything pictured. They are of good quality and not Chinese junk
