These work bettwr than the £20 for 5 patches. They stick really well, but you need to use adhesive remover to protect your skin

And I do mean better relatively - they are all pretty horrible The catheter needs to be firmly anchored ( for obvious reasons) but any such security comes with a downside - namely a reaction to the adhesive or to the tightness of the strap I found the best to be the drake’s strap, as it can be adjusted
