Smell: No rubber smell with this mat set Value for money: At its price.....it think its value for money. Ease of trimming: very easy to trim to fit your need. Functionality: Really functional and easy to clean. Look: Looks absolutely beautiful. This product was just what I was looking for. It fits my 2016 toyota Vitz like a glove. The front mats, perfect! The rear mat needed a little Trimming and it just fell right into place. The boot mat was large enough for me to fold it how I wanted it to work......Trimming it for me would be a waste, it's just absolutely beautiful and functional! Material quality: Decent enough for the price.

These mats are well made and fit my 98 Ranger perfectly.

The instructions call for cutting it to make it fit, but I didn't have to. It was a great fit for my car, and I have a sedan. But I like the fact they added cut lines to make it easier to cut the rubber for a better fit if needed. These mats are heavy-duty and waterproof. They are well-padded, too. I was replacing an older, degraded set of mats, and as soon as I put these ones in, I could feel and see the difference. I went with the red trim, and I like how it stands out in the car. But I can definitely also feel some rubbery softness in there compared to my old one. It's designed to contain water in case you bring mud or snow, etc. and prevents water from getting out. This is the whole point of buying these mats. This is to prevent water from getting on the carpet, causing a mess and possibly rust over time. There's a compatibility list on the ad, which I suggest you take a look at. And if your vehicle is not there on the list, you should just check the measurements to see if it's a good fit. There's not much to them. They are good and durable rubber mats. You can't go wrong with these.

After getting some CAR PASS seat covers which I am very happy with, I decided to get some of their car mats to replace my aging ones and I am very happy with them. The mats with the blue accent colour fit my car nicely. They are simple to cut to size if needed and do a nice job providing full coverage of my floor areas. These are must have item in my opinion if you live in Canada and have to deal with winter and road salt for almost half the year. The rubber feels like it’s heavy duty but it’s also pliable to allow you to set them into place easily or remove them to clean. They don’t slide around so far which is something that always bothered me about my old mats. I was constantly having to move them. For the price I think these are an excellent value and I wouldn’t hesitate to get another set for my other vehicle when the time comes.

The advertising for these heavy duty rubber car mats from brand CAR PASS seem to indicate that they are fairly decent fit for a variety of vans, SUVs and trucks, and that is mostly true, and I would go as far as to say they are entirely universal, but... you need to trim them in order to accomplish that. For our older Honda SUV, there is just a bit of an overlap on the edges, so it kind of crawls up the side and doesn't always sit flush. So if we plan to make them fit precisely, they will require a trim. However, it's a very small amount so it's not much to worry about, and honestly, we don't wish to trim ours in case we might like to use them in another vehicle in the future. The mats themselves are all weather with deep dish caveats for catching snow and dirt. They are very easy to shoot with a hose and clean off in just moments, which we have already needed to do once at our local car wash. Overall I am very impressed. They cover both front and rear seats, and are truly an all season option. We ordered the black with grey design; they are very flexible, yet thicker and stronger than our old mats we bought locally, and will serve as a very useful replacement. 5 stars.
