Really like the quality of the belt. I just wish I had ordered an xs as it doesn’t feel as small as the dimensions suggested.

I like the shape, the Velcro and strap is easy to use, the sizing is accurate, I wish it were a little thicker for a powerlifting belt but it works fine, about it. Don’t lift as often as I used to, but this really works when I do quick squat, deadlift, row sets in the garage gym. If I was younger doing 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week, I would probably love it more and just expect to replace if the Velcro wore out.

For the price you can’t beat this. Used multiple times weekly and have no complaints
