This is a pretty good mug. Of a good quality and very cute. This is the perfect size for having coffee. Price is very reasonable as well. Would make a good gifting option.

The mug came with a big crack from both outside and inside. It just looks like the mug was broken and someone just stuck with a glue or something before sending it to us. Luckily didn't send it as a gift for someone otherwise it would have being so embarrassing for someone to get a broken mug. Horrible customer service and quality check.
