Trouble with payment issues
the Towel is fine and is nice. My main concern was with the customer service of Amazon as I was charged twice for this item (one which they claim is a payment decline) and only after talking to some higher up in their customer and three chats later I got to know that they have only 1 transaction and the additional transaction can be reversed by filing a dispute. My bank always maintained that there are 2 transactions. Now have to walk to my bank fill forms and paperwork to get the money back. It will be verified and then the charge reversed to me. I am scared to buy another item now from the website for this. Because if its not Amazon problem then I think its mine because I am trying to buy it from the website.

Doesn't absorb water at all - defeats the purpose
I purchased the towel set looking at the reviews, but these towels don't absorb water at all. i don't even know why the ratings are so high. And I these towels are too thin for a product that says it's 480GSM. I had purchased 150GSM Wakefit towels and they seem more thicker than these.
